During my Easter stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed rooms. They were clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was also a key aspect for me. It was conveniently situated near the park and zoo, the Gothic Quarter, and the seafront, making it easy to explore these attractions. I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay enjoyable.

There were a couple of aspects that I disliked. the pool area was quite small and often occupied by only a few people and their belongings.

We were really surprised to have a balcony overlooking a lovely park. The excellent glazing kept the noise out, ensuring a peaceful stay. The location was great, with plenty of nearby bars, cafes, and restaurants. The staff were very cute and polite. The bathroom was of very good quality, and overall the hotel wassuper clean and cozy. We had a wonderful breakfast with a great spread. we highly recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

The staff at reception, especially Mario, were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were polite and accommodating. The breakfast had a good choice for vegetarians and vegans.

We loved the location of this hotel, situated directly at Citadelle park in the gothic quarter. The staff was friendly and offered great service including room service and tours/ticket assistance. The room was comfortable with cozy amenities such as air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The terrace was a great spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Great location near parks, main train station, cathedral, and Las Ramblas. Modern and clean rooms with good lighting. Nice bathroom with large shower. Comfortable bed. Minimal traffic noise. Excellent breakfast buffet with a variety of options.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location in the Gothic Quarter was perfect, right next to the Citadelle park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent room service and dry cleaning. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the view. I felt safe and secure with the in-room safe, and the hair dryer and free toiletries were an added bonus. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and I loved being able to make tea and coffee with the electric kettle. The continental breakfast in the dining restaurant was delicious, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to relax with a drink. The staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The leisure facilities, including the sauna and outdoor swimming pool, were a great way to unwind. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the 24-hour reception provided peace of mind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at this hotel.
